We move in May 1!!

As many of you have already heard, Chad and I put in an offer on a home Friday. 20 minutes after that we had everything worked out with a May 1 move in date. We are, of course, waiting on the home inspection and the loan going through, but neither of those should be a problem since it is a good, solidly built house and we are pre-approved for a loan.
