Backyard

Here is the side of the house and the garage, with two of the three stalls showing. Also is the back part of the yard, behind the garage with mature lilac bushes screening the neighbors behind us.

Front yard

The first pic shows along the right side of the front of the house. There are three mature trees in the front yard, along the sidewalk. The cute green post displays the house number.

Kitchen

The first and second pics show the west and east sides of the kitchen, with the side door and basement stairs being behind the refrigerator. Chad is shown in uniform, answering the police phone during the showing. He's in the eat-in part of the kitchen.

Master bedroom/upstairs bathroom

This is the master bedroom. To get a better idea of the browness of the brown paint, not my fave feature of this house LOL, look at the ceiling. It's all painted one color but the flash makes it look much lighter than it is.

Living room

This linen closet, cooler than cool, is on the wall between the kitchen and the living room. The brown paint in the living room will also have to go. ;-) The closet is a coat closet in the front entryway of the living room.

Office upstairs

Here we have pics of the second bedroom on the main floor. We'll be using this as an office, probably. There is lots of great extra storage on the top of all the cabinets and closets, including in the kitchen. The last photo is of the front door, which opens into the living room with the closest straight ahead.

Basement stairs/laundry room

This cute little shelf is at the top of the stairs leading to the basement. The washer and dryer are nearly new. There's lots of storage in the laundry room.

Basement

The basement guest bedroom is quite large and has an egress window. The 1/2 bath is also shown.

More basement

This large room with a large opening instead of a door will be great for an exercise/game room. Further down the hall, the paint and border need updating. This is a little bonus storage room on the other side of the furnace.
